Introducing Business Reset.
We are the same people with the same focus. Our specialist team is dedicated to helping small to medium business owners and their advisors navigate the challenging waters of financial difficulty. Our strength is making ATO tax debts affordable using the highly successful Small Business Restructure (SBR), as well as company insolvency services.
Why the change?
Our founder, Jarvis Archer, has been leading the Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency division at Revive Financial since 2018. During this time the business has grown and the team has achieved amazing outcomes for many company directors.
Moving early to help businesses recover from the pandemic impacts using the SBR process, we quickly became the market leader. Having now undertaken the most SBRs in Australia, for more than 12 months our team has achieved a 100% SBR success rate significantly reducing ATO and other company debts.
Small business matters to us. We know that behind every small business is a person, their family, staff, and all the people who work with and rely on them. We love delivering outcomes that change lives.
Revive Financial will continue as Australia's largest and leading provider of debt management and trustee services for individuals. Their focus on these services will allow the Revive team to continue to provide personalised services to the growing number of Aussies battling the cost of living crisis — and help them take back control of their financial future.
Revive Financial is an excellent provider for debt management services for individuals. With Business Reset, we’re narrowing our focus to do what we do best. Working closely with accountants, financial professionals and company directors to help businesses survive, or close with confidence.
About the new name
Often company directors come to us overwhelmed by the situation they’re in. They say to us, “I just need to press reset”. We see our value as providing fresh starts. Whether it’s clearing the path for their business to have a strong future, or taking control of a difficult situation to help them move on with their life, to start again and do things differently.
We’re passionate about what we do because every week we see the effect of “reset your debt, reset your life” in the lives of our clients. It’s profound and it’s a privilege to be able to facilitate that.
The idea of ‘pressing reset’ also reflects our passion for making the process simple for our clients and our referrers. Our emphasis is on delivering value and a strong client experience through fixed fees, a transparent ‘no surprises’ approach and efficient turnaround.

The team remains the same, other than a few new faces as we’re growing fast.
Our teams are based in Queensland and New South Wales, working virtually with businesses across Australia.
It’s business as usual
If you’re a current client, a company director speaking to us about assisting you, or an accountant or business advisor whose clients we assist, rest assured nothing changes for you. It's business as usual. Besides the name change, it’s just emails and phone numbers that will be different.
